Payment

Our standard payment term for e-shop purchases would be full payment in advance.

For OEM products, tooling cost payable full in advance and 50% deposit for bulk order, balance prior to ex-factory of goods.

For payments, please make them by bank telegraphic transfers to:

Delivery

e-shop products availability subject to stock availability at time of your order. When stock is available, we usually dispatch within 3 working days from Panyu (China) upon receiving your order & payment.

Existing product ranges with tools ready, we usually take 45-90 days to produce (please add shipping lead time).

Warranty

Alublu products are warrant for a period of 12 months from ex-factory dates against latent defects.

We would replace latent defective returned goods free-of-charge at ex-factory (Panyu, China).

We regret that normal wear & tear of Alublu products are not covered by our limited warranty clause.
